Refund policy

Returns
Please double check your order before placing it. We cannot accept returns for customer errors when ordering.

Warranty
Holds come with a lifetime breakage warranty. The warranty does not cover chips and over abuse. (This warranty does not apply to factory seconds.)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue timely and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or special orders including factory seconds. Factory seconds do NOT carry a lifetime warranty.
